This touristic dwelling is found between Waterloo and Villers-La-Ville. Its perfect location gets you easily to all of the different regions in Belgium. Being in the countryside, you can also get to Genappe easily where you have your shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, fruit and vegetable stands as well as local produce. This region has so much to offer with many activities. Our site has additional information for you if needed.
This place was recognised as a furnished holiday home with 3 “épis” from the regional tourist board in 2013. The entrance is accessible from the front courtyard where you can park easily.
On the ground floor: Private hall entrance with a toilet and utility room including a washing machine, a foldable clothes dryer, garden furniture and access to the garden. The utility room can also be used to store bicycles.
The floor is accessible by a large and comfortable staircase. There, you will find a full-equipped kitchen of 20 m² with a dining area, a 26 m² living room with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests, a shower room with a walk-in shower and sink as well as a separate toilet room.
All utilities are included in the price (water, electricity, heating).
Underfloor heating, natural shale tiling, heat pump. There is a parking space in front of the holiday home.
From the dwelling, you have views of the Brabant landscapes.
