Pay on arrival
Please note that a refundable €180 (per holiday home) in cash will be requested at check-in. You will be refunded at the end of your stay minus any potential deductions (cleaning not done or material damage from stay). We do not accept credit cards. Cleaning fees: €50.00/holiday home paid in cash or free if correctly done by guest. If the stay is 14 days or more, we impose a cleaning service. Wood pellet bags are paid onsite according to consumption based on market price during the stay.
Arrival time
Please arrive between 5 PM and 8 PM unless another time is agreed. Please warn us in advance of your estimated arrival time if you pick up any delays on your way.
