In the country of Herve and in the heart of the village of Soumagne, a beautiful 19th century mansion was renovated into 2 holiday homes, highlighting the traditional wooden flooring, paneling and cut stone. Each cottage has its own individual entrance and outdoor spaces.
Our lodgings are located near the cities of Liège, Maastricht, Verviers and the spa towns of Chaudfontaine and Spa but above all in the heart of the village of Soumagne in the Pays de Herve. This spot is synonymous with folklore with its Cavalcade and its local gastronomy.
This beautiful 19th century mansion will attract you with its old materials (traditional wooden floors, stonework) and the comfort of its private bathrooms.
If you are a gourmet lover: Herve cheese, Aubel syrup, chocolate, local cider and various craft beers are there to enjoy.
For folklore: the Cavalcade (carnival procession), the Belzik Festival.
For nature: there are many walks accessible by foot or by bike on the RAVeL network near the residence, as well as a bike rental at the Herve Tourist Office.

We are a family with 2 grown children (Astrid and Alexandre). We are passionate about beautiful buildings, beautiful materials and are interested in the transformation of charming buildings as well as DIY. With Nicolas being an architect, we of course jumped into the world of construction and transformation of houses for many years.
We had the opportunity to become owners of a mansion located in Soumagne which belonged to Uncle Nicolas; a large family home with beautiful materials and with great memories in our heads. We just had to share the great place and undertook the transformation of this beautiful building into holiday homes.
After 2 years of solid work, carried out as a family, we have started renting our 2 holiday homes.
