Nestled in lush greenery, you arrive at the cottage by a small winding path. The house rests in the middle of a beautiful garden surrounded by pollard willows and other local species. Several terraces are here for your enjoyment.
The interior has been furnished with love and simplicity. The entrance hall takes you into a magnificent contemporary kitchen. The central island, open to the dining room and the living room, gives the place the charm and conviviality that the hosts wanted to bring to this space. The bay windows in the living room and the kitchen bathe the rooms in pleasant light and allow you to enjoy incredible panoramas.
Three large bedrooms make up the two floors of the house, they all have their own bathroom. The suite, for a couple or two people, also has a small living area and a kitchenette. The large bedroom can accommodate a couple or two people while the second bedroom has 4 single beds or a double bed and two single beds.
With its own wellness area, La Rigaudrye is a privileged place to relax. The wellness includes an infrared sauna whose health benefits have been demonstrated. The jacuzzi located on the terrace overlooks the valley, where it can accommodate 6 people. Finally, a Swedish sauna with a panoramic view is placed below. The two small outdoor lounges offer comfort and relaxation to this space.
The cottage is ideally located in the small village of Ellezelles, where nature and imagination come together to make young and old alike dream. From flagship events to outdoor activities, there is something for everyone.
Finally, for your convenience and pleasure, several parking spaces, a pétanque court and a sandbox have been set up. A garage offers all the facilities for your bikes and an adjoining one hectare meadow will welcome horses passing through the region.
