This holiday home was awarded with 3 “épis” by the Wallonia tourist board and has all the comfort that you need in the centre of the village of Houyet (Dinant). This residence has a large living area, 2 large sitting rooms with a television, a large games room with 2 billiards table, a tennis table, a 20 acre landscaped garden behind the house that is secluded, calm and completely enclosed. The garden also has its own furnished terrace with benches and railing. A barbecue is also available outside the holiday home to enjoy. There are outdoor games such as a petanque area and 10 mountain bikes. Accessible from the garden, you have a private entrance to the RAVeL, a playground with slides, swings, tennis courts and more. You can even get to the River Lesse while carrying your kayak from the residence.
