Located in the heart of the Ardennes, 10 minutes from Spa and Aywaille, 6 minutes from Theux, 15 minutes from Francorchamps (F1), 20 minutes from Liège, 20 minutes from Coo waterfalls, and 30 minutes from Hautes Fagnes, we welcome you to our fully-renovated holiday home.
Close to cycling hubs and the RAVeL, you can enjoy many walks or bike rides. You will be able to store your bikes in a locked garage.
The Forestia animal park and the caves of Remouchamps are only 5 minutes away, and the Wild World of Aywaille is 10 minutes away..
Don't forget the famous Ninglinspo walking paths.
Our region is full of trees, with magnificent sites such as Charmille: 1 km of hornbeam plantations in tunnels (must see).
Our cottage has an equipped kitchen, a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a separate toilet and a large veranda. The living rooms, bedrooms and veranda are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.
A laundry room with washing machine and electric dryer are also available.
Outside, you can enjoy the 25 m2 terrace, equipped with a barbecue, comfortable garden furniture and a fully fenced 900 m2 garden with a play area for children.
Private parking for three cars.
Pets Allowed (a supplement of €10 per dog and per stay is requested).
The cottage is completely non-smoking.
The accommodation is not suitable for bachelor parties and other parties.
