This place has a very large 5000 m2 garden, in a natural and calm setting, at the end of a laneway, away from traffic yet only 2 km from the Welkenraedt Train Station and the village where you have several shops and restaurants.
Enjoy the nice strolls from the residence. The RAVeL network is only 1.5 km away. Ponies, cows, calves, goats, chickens, rabbits and more. There is a large 120 m2 game room with table tennis, table football, hockey, volleyball, trampoline, go-karting, tractors and more. There is also a terrace with a barbecue and bowling green.

François & Myriam HAGELSTEIN
Myriam and François Hagelstein and their children Christophe, Cynthia and Maryse love nature and rural life and invite you to discover this family atmosphere of the countryside.
The family farm of 90 Holstein dairy cows is run by their eldest son Christophe who is more than passionate about this profession and about animal genetics.
François and his wife Myriam as well as Christophe will be happy to explain life on the farm to you and invite you to share with them the moment of milking the cows, and with a little luck you may even be able to attend the birth of a calf (calving).
One of their other great passions is music. Here, this is a family of musicians (tuba euphonium, clarinet, flute, piano, opera singing) and are part of a musical group during their spare time.
