What is a holiday home ?

A holiday home, sometimes referred to a cottage, is a house, part of a house or apartment providing you with all the necessary features  to make you feel "at home" (living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, garden, etc.). It can be located in the countryside as well as in the city.

Holiday homes have an official classification ranging from 1 to 5 épis (keys) assessing the level of equipment and comfort. These places can accommodate from 1 to 50 people (sometimes even more) and can be rented for a short stay (min. 2 nights), a weekend, a week, or even more. Some cottages can be rented for even a night. Get informed.

In addition to the rental amount, you will often contribute to utility costs of your stay (electricity, heating, water) and to pay additional costs (cleaning, rental of household or bed linen, etc.). A deposit will also be requested to cover any damage caused during your stay.

The owner generally welcomes you on your arrival. Available but discreet, your host can give you all the information you need to discover all the treasures of the surrounding region.
