This former stone-built post office was converted into a magnificent B&B in a calm setting so close to many activities.
In 1944, Marloie was mainly destroyed by a convoy of German TNT. Many buildings were rebuilt over time but the old Post Office stayed put. This great house built from local stone always had our attention with its Scottish Manor style of stone work. This particular love of Scotland also played its part in us moving past the door. As soon as you open that door, you will really feel at home. You feel a sense of calm with traditional tiling and calming colours. We did some finishing touches especially the addition of a permanent photo exposition of the local landscape. The bedrooms reflect the themes of these photos.
Seaside style room – bathroom with toilet and private shower – balcony overlooking the park.
The Normandy Lodge takes you to the seaside, along the Normandy coasts or even further afield. The decor in gray, white and blue tones is perfect for dreaming of sand and seashells. The balcony is fully furnished and takes you to Honfleur or Etretat – to enjoy a romantic breakfast. Everything is arranged to give you the feeling of living an escape by the sea.

If you could describe me in some words, it would be hungry for life, meeting people, moving forward and cooking… The list is too long for this short description. However, I do not hold back on making your stay as pleasant as possible where I often made friendships with the many passages over time. I try to share my mad passion that I have for this “enterprise”. I would love to welcome you here and share what I can..
