Description
This modern holiday home can welcome 20 people, was refurbished in summer 2020, and is very practical for large groups, all located in the rue de la Platinerie in Couvin.
The Frabella holiday home is located in an isolated 4-sided villa, located on the edge of a dead end road, offering lots of parking spaces close to numerous facilities and the road networks.
Frabella has 23 beds divided into 9 rooms. Five rooms are equipped with a shower and a sink.
The beds are of premium quality like a hotel. The single mattresses that are 24 cm high are covered with a 10 cm topper to provide mattresses with double beds 34 cm high. The 6 double beds can also be converted into 12 single beds.
There is a majestic dining room, with a unique oak table that is surrounded by 24 chairs and a log fire.
There is a cinema with plenty of seating and lounging places, equipped with a 75” smart TV.
There is a games room with table football and electronic darts.
And everything is FREE GAME!

Practical information
- Available : Two machines for ground coffee with filter are available. It is advisable to bring soap, towels, toilet paper, salt and pepper, and other useful items with you for your group.
- Arrival time : On the day of your arrival, you will receive a code to open the house, available from 4pm. Therefore, entry is done autonomously, without an appointment with the owners.
- Departure time : If you leave on Sunday, the departure time is no later than 1pm. If you leave on Monday, the departure time is no later than 10am. The check-out is done independently, without an appointment with the owners.
- Payment methods : During your reservation, you are invited to pay a deposit of 25%. The remaining 75% as well as a security deposit of 1000€ are to be paid afterwards to BE86 1431 0997 3550.
