In a private property with a private driveway to the holiday home. This holiday home is a 150 m2 terraced house for 4 people in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. Located on the heights of the River Meuse, the location is exceptional for various activities and tourism.

The house is very cool in summer because of the local stones that are painted white.

The large entrance hall has a sink, a chest of drawers, a cloakroom and a separate toilet (possibility to store a stroller or children’s games) as well as a staircase with a handrail going upstairs.

The living room has an open and fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a crockery buffet. The living room area has 2 sofas, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a television and Wi-Fi. There is also a large table with extensions for working or playing as well as 5 chairs.

Upstairs, there are 2 large bedrooms with 2 beds:
In one bedroom, there are 2 separate beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, an armchair, and a coat rack.
In the other bedroom, there are 2 separate beds, a large wooden desk with a chair and small storage space as well as a linen chest of drawers, a coat rack. Some comics are available, with coloring pencils, and various games.
You can also request an additional cot and high chair in the kitchen.

The bathroom has a bathtub / shower, 2 cabinet sinks and a toilet.
In the night hall, there is a small cupboard and cleaning equipment including a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and iron, as well as a clothes rack. Includes a washing machine for your clothes.

The garden has a table, chairs, deckchairs and a barbecue.
On request, you can have the table for table tennis outside.

Within a 4 km radius, there is also the island of Yvoir which has games for children, restaurants and some places to swim (see COVID instructions).

The residence is walking distance from the woodlands and public trails.
In the holiday home, there are some activities proposed as well as additional information on places to visit including sport activities, shopping, and eating out.
