The accommodation is located between Barvaux and Hotton, but remains close to Durbuy in a quiet area with little traffic and surrounded by greenery. Shops and tourist sites are nearby while allowing travelers to spend their holidays in tranquility. The cottage is made of stone and consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The first floor has a total of 8 rooms, all equipped with a sink and 4 with a bathtub. The size of the rooms varies from 2 people to 4 people. The corridor has two additional bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower). The ground floor consists of two parts, a game room and a living room + dining room. An additional room is the fully equipped kitchen. Inside the building, in the first part: you have the game room, and there are 2 billiards (1 American and 1 cork), 1 foosball table, a ping-pong table and a living room area with 3 sofas overlooking a TV equipped with Proximus. There is plenty to do in a good atmosphere. In the second part, you have a living room with 2 sofas overlooking the TV also equipped with Proximus, a cozy place. You also have the dining room with a table for 18 people and a second table for 4 people. This second part is separated from the first, allowing for a quiet area on one side and a more festive area on the other! Being close to nature, the view overlooks a garden and the forest. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing and enjoy the calm outside. Outside, there is a barbecue and a stone table for enjoying a good grill. In the garden, there is a basketball court and on the property there is a second building, the wellness area consisting of a 4-person jacuzzi and a 4-person sauna. The accommodation is suitable for both families and groups.
