Description
“La Chrysalide”, a single room, is nestled in a green setting of a charming villa, near Mons, the Ravel, and the Natural Park of Hauts Pays. Ideal for cyclists, hikers, culture lovers, and professionals.
Come and get some fresh air at La Chrysalide, between the countryside and visits to the heritage of Mons.

The garden is open to guests: picnic area and barbecue (provided on request). Places of rest and leisure: sun loungers, garden furniture, slide, table tennis, badminton, petanque games. Our garden is also an orchard, a vegetable garden; it welcomes chickens and ducks but also hedgehogs. Our cats are excellent hosts but do not wish to share this space with other “fur and feathers”.
La Chrysalide, a “Welcome Bike” guest room: accommodation on the ground floor, adapted welcome and breakfast, secure storage for your bikes (and motorcycles). Hiking on the SGR412. La Chrysalide is a single bedroom on the ground floor, with beds that you can adjust and configure according to your needs as well as a reading area.
You have the choice between 1 to 3 single beds or a double bed and the option of adding a fold-out cot for a child under 3 years of age.
The reading area has a sofa bed with the comfort of an everyday bed. There is a free welcoming hamper with a minibar available for your cravings. Free Wi-Fi and parking are also included.
There is a private bathroom with a bath and a shower that is a few steps away from the bedroom door. You will find bathrobes, bath towels, hand towels and a hair dryer for you to use during your stay.
On top of all that, you have the additional comfort of a generous and varied breakfast made from homemade produce that you can enjoy in the living area or on the terrace according to the weather.

Whether it’s the house or the garden, everything has been developed by the owners almost 30 years ago.
Back in 2010, the idea of La Chrysalide took root. The idea really started to blossom in 2015, when the annual European Capital of Culture came to the area.
The idea of opening La Chrysalide is to share a moment of warm welcomes and exchanges with guests from all over the world, while they discover the region.
Here, the atmosphere is family-like. The owners are attentive to your needs.
