Description
Pretty, isolated building located in a green setting with a lovely view. Far from busy tourist centres, ideal for nature lovers, while those who enjoy visiting will find just what they are seeking with a radius of 30 kilometres.
This rural holiday home is found on the rue de la Chernaudame, a one way street that is very calm that is between the edge of the village of Auby with great vantage points and starting points for walking paths along the Semois river.
The building has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a large sun house with a lovely view, 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets.
You can check out the squirrels, birds of prey and maybe even some foxes and bore if you are patient and lucky enough. The holiday home is also located in a hunting reserve area and is often closed off during hunting season. It is generally closed from the end of October to the start of May.

Retired, in love with the Ardennes and especially the region of Bouillon, in 2004 the acquisition of a small typical house located in Rue de la Chernaudame in Auby-sur-Semois was made;
Since 2005, the rural gîte has been classified with 3 ears of corn by the CGT and welcomes tourists during the peak season from mid-May to early October.
Living 100 km away, in Namur, I handle almost all the arrivals and most of the departures, also having family and friendly relays in the village of Auby. I maintain friendly relationships with some tourists, some have been coming back for years and sometimes for stays of 2 weeks.
There has been a new veranda since 2024 and an internal and external refresh in 2025.
