Located in the heart of the peaceful village of Falmagne, on the most beautiful square in the Dinant area, the accommodation offers a calm and bucolic environment. Tastefully decorated in an old stone barn, this house combines authenticity and modern comfort: woodwork, rustic atmosphere, and complete equipment for a successful stay.

On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room, and living room flow harmoniously to encourage moments of conviviality, with a cast iron stove for winter evenings.

The floors house 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a reading and games corner to relax or chat away from the main living areas.

Outside, enjoy a furnished terrace, a barbecue, and a garden with lawn. An electric charging station is available in front of the cottage. Children will be delighted with the playground located just across the street and the large open spaces for running or playing ball.

In case of rain, the adjoining barn (accessible on request) offers a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and a play area for the little ones. You can also store bikes or strollers there.
