L’Envolée is a cosy country gîte in the heart of the Semois valley. It has been completely renovated while retaining its old-world charm mixed with modern refurbishment. It can accommodate families or groups of friends for a weekend or longer stay. Access to the Semois is 350 metres away. Starting point for kayak or rowing trips and numerous hikes in the Ardennes and Gaumaise forests. Catering available in the village or nearby. Grocery and butcher’s shop in the village; supermarkets and services in the town of Florenville, +/- 5 km away. Easy access by train via the station located between Chiny and Florenville. Quiet, semi-detached house on 2 levels, with private, paved, enclosed courtyard for meals, relaxation, games and BBQ. Parking space in front of the gîte. Small grassed area and small garden. An enclosed annexe (former carpentry workshop) also provides overnight storage for kayaks, bikes and motorbikes, as well as children’s games.
