Located “garden side”, in the heart of the village of Ucimont and not far from the renowned viewpoint of the Giant’s Tomb, the starting point for many walks, the cottage can accommodate 1 or 2 families in serenity, thanks to the ground-level terrace.
A little corner of the Ardennes to savor the pleasure of being there… A desire for change of scenery, pleasant moments of life, and rest. Living in slow motion, during a stay in Ucimont, a welcoming village near Bouillon. Meet nature, the Semois River, and the surrounding landscapes such as the “Giant’s Tomb” in Botassart or the “Semois Ham” in Membre. Escape with family or friends from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy the terrace and garden during summer evenings or the cozy living space around the open fire in autumn or winter. The house offers you cozy beds, original decoration made of original canvases created by Nathalie, daughter of the owners. The ground floor of the cottage is adapted for people with reduced mobility, accompanied by Dominique and Thierry who do everything to make your stay unforgettable.

Dominique and Thierry de Lannois-Notté, settled in Ucimont since 1984, manage a tourist accommodation in the heart of the Natural Park of the Southern Ardennes. Dominique, passionate about gardening and watercolor. Thierry, an experienced nature guide in the territory of the National Park of the Semois Valley. They welcome their guests in a peaceful and authentic setting. Their cottage, Le Fournil, fitted out in 1994 and regularly embellished since then, is ideal for recharging in the countryside, with a garden conducive to relaxation. Nearby, the spectacular viewpoint of the Giant’s Tomb and numerous signposted walks allow you to discover the beauty of the region, where bells and roosters punctuate life..
