LGBTI+ holiday homes or B&Bs are identified by a sticker displayed at the entrance.
Our local hosts are dedicated to the charter of best practices concerning LGBTI+ guests :
- Welcome and treat my guests the same way independently of their sexual orientation and/or their expression/identity of gender
- To not disrespect my guests based on their sexual orientation and/or their expression/identity of gender in any way
- Provide a warm welcome to guests and couples who are married or not married from same-sex couples or parents regardless of their sexual orientation and/or their expression/identity of gender, that is:
- To make no distinction of treatment between same-sex couples and other couples
- To not refuse certain requests such as sharing the same bed during a stay
- To never judge anyone or any member of LGBTI
- Exclude and forbid any homoprobic or transphobic comments in my establishment
- Accept any expression of mutual affection between 2 people, regardless of their sexual orientation and/or their expression/identity of gender
Informing my guests of possible establishments (restaurants, shops, associations…) in my region while being aware of my ability to provide a LGBTI-friendly welcome. I can notably obtain help from my local Rainbow House Network on this subject.
