Description
The Bakery is a functional and spacious cottage that can accommodate groups of up to 24 people, distributed in 6 family rooms including one for people with reduced mobility. Located in the middle of the village of Sugny, it is the ideal place to host family gatherings, friends, sports events or other leisure activities. The region offers many outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cycling, motorcycling, car rallies, kayaking down the Semois River, etc. Bouillon, Sedan, Charleville-Mézières are tourist cities located within a radius of less than 20 kilometers.

Practical information
- Arrival time : The arrival time is flexible except in rare cases of a rental ending the day before, in which case tenants are asked to leave us until 6 pm to clean the cottage.
- Departure time : The departure time is flexible except in rare cases where a rental starts on the same day or the next day, in which case we ask tenants to leave the cottage by 11 am.
- Available : Bed linen is provided for tenants and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
A garbage bag and a recycling bag are provided: if you think you will need more, we recommend you to bring some. It is also possible to buy them in nearby stores.
Dishwasher tablets are available under the sink.
The ping pong table comes with 4 ping pong paddles and we regularly replace the ping pong balls.
- Takeaway / To go : The bathroom linen is to be taken away.
If you think you will need more than one garbage bag and one PMC bag, it is advisable to bring them. It is also possible to buy them in nearby stores.
For the ping pong table, remember to bring your ping pong balls as we cannot guarantee the condition of the ones we regularly provide.
- Conditions d’annulation : Travelers receive a full refund in case of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- Information : The day before your stay, you will receive a code that will allow you to access the cottage.
A small store “Chez Bernadette” is located 50 meters from the cottage. You will find everything you need there.
For bread, baguettes and pastries, please reserve the day before by calling +32 61 31 39 59.
- Payment methods : A deposit corresponding to 50% of the rental price is required at the time of booking.
The balance is to be paid at least 10 days before the rental.
The full amount is to be transferred to account BE46 9530 6694 6436 in the name of La Boulangerie.
