The 3 cubes – exceptional cottage for 6 people – 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The cottage is located in a stone building and combines old and contemporary styles. The decoration is very neat. The equipment is complete, with a high-end kitchen, a terrace part of which is covered, with an Ofyr barbecue, a custom-built sauna, a comfortable and cozy living room. A metal staircase made by a local craftsman connects the rooms which make up the 3 cubes. The framework is superb and visible from the ground floor. The cottage is located in a quiet hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the middle of the Condruzienne countryside, dotted with woods.

We are an active couple always on the lookout for projects.
We discovered the SALET farm in 2012, a building over 300 years old perched on the heights of the Molignée valley. Most of the buildings were not furnished. We settled there.
The cottage was an idea to develop. It was from 2022 that we put our energy and passion into it. With the help of an architect to design the volumes, with different trades, with all our free time, our luxury cottage, articulated around 3 cube rooms, saw the light of day in the summer of 2025. Contemporary and authenticity blend together, concrete and old stones mingle, oak and iron respond to each other, … Architects and decoration enthusiasts will be seduced by the originality of the place.
A large walled terrace with an OFYR barbecue, partially covered, allows visitors to relax. A super-equipped kitchen is appreciated by all cocooning enthusiasts. An IR sauna completes the pleasure ….
