Discover the charm of Dinant by staying in a friendly and bright mansion. This welcoming cottage offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a warm and bright living space, and everything for relaxation (garden, billiards…).
Built in the 1920s and recently renovated, this mansion for 14 people offers a stay full of pleasant surprises. Behind its sculptural facade, it hides a haven of peace in the middle of the city.
The ground floor is dedicated to the living space (kitchen, living room, dining room). We love its contemporary decor and its opening onto the large terrace and garden.
On the first and second floors, the sleeping area unfolds, with 5 bedrooms (including a dormitory style perfect for children and teenagers) and 4 bathrooms (including one with a bubble bath).
This rental also houses two separate relaxation areas. In the basement, you can have fun with the foosball and billiards. The attic – with a beautiful wooden frame – hosts a second TV lounge with a reading corner and video games.
This rental is ideal for discovering this charming little town in a group: you are both close to everything and quiet in your very friendly cocoon.

- Arrival time : Expected arrival from 5pm. Different schedule possible upon request.
Self check-in with a code that allows you to settle in comfortably before our arrival. - Departure time : 11am – to discuss with the owner
- Payment methods : 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance is to be paid 30 days before.
Cash deposit of 800€ required upon arrival. - Available : The closed garage for two cars is included in the price.
It allows for a third parking space in front.

Charcoal - Conditions d’annulation : In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the reserved date, we refund the deposit.
In case of cancellation less than 3 months before the reservation date: if the house is re-rented, we refund the deposit; if the house is not re-rented, we keep the deposit as compensation. These amounts will be refunded no later than one week after the rental date. - Special conditions : This house is specifically intended to accommodate family groups.
Non-family groups may however be accepted subject to the owner’s agreement and a possible increase in the security deposit.
Organizing student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties… is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
