- Conditions d’annulation : The customer must cancel their reservation at least 30 days before the arrival date in order to receive a full refund.
In case of cancellation between 7 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged as compensation.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be due.
- Arrival time : The arrival is possible from 4pm.
- Departure time : Departure until 11am at the latest.
Late check-out is possible upon request for an additional fee of €60. - Information : The security deposit is required one week before arrival and refunded within 7 days after the stay, subject to no damages.
- Special conditions : Animals are not allowed in the vacation home.
Smoking is prohibited in the vacation home.
The vacation home is not rented for bachelor parties or student gatherings.
Household waste must be properly sorted in the bins provided for this purpose.
