You stay in the heart of the Haute Sûre Anlier Forest natural park, at the gates of the Gaume natural park, 40km from Luxembourg, 25km from Bastogne,… The two double bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with a classic double bed, each have their own bathroom. The parking and ground floor location allow easy access to the cottage for everyone, including your pet, and it is non-smoking. Outside, the wooden terrace welcomes a BBQ Plancha for your meals and then you can relax on the sun loungers, immerse yourself in the warmth of the Nordic bath.

For over 30 years, the idea of making a journey in the hotel and / or gastronomy industry had been on my mind.
The starting point of my story is in 1989 during my marketing studies where I did my implementation work in a restaurant with Austro-Bavarian-inspired cuisine. Having fallen in love with the Austrian Alps a few years earlier, this work set the DNA of the guesthouse project in the Ardennes that came to life in 2021.
And this DNA is:

The village of Vlessart was chosen for its location in the heart of the 7,000 hectares of beech forest of the great Anlier Forest and for its authentically rural and forested character.
The construction is entrusted to local companies. It is a rectangular, compact building, made with natural materials (framework, interior cladding)..
