ArdenNest is not just a holiday cottage; it is a place designed around the rhythm of groups. Our philosophy is simple: to offer a cocoon of intimacy for the individual and a generous space for the collective. While the rooms provide an intimate refuge for retreat, the spacious living areas invite deep conversations, long dinners, and shared moments. Here, everything flows naturally, with the Ardennes nature as a permanent backdrop.
Quality and authenticity
Carefully crafted in a characterful old barn, the residence combines noble materials, authenticity, and modern comfort.
Serenity: 9 well-kept rooms, each with a private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), ensuring the privacy of each guest.
Meeting: The open kitchen, the heart of the house, opens onto a dining room with a royal long table and a cozy living room, offering all the space needed to come together.
Outdoor life: The garden and surroundings breathe the calm of the Ardennes, a natural invitation to disconnect.
The art of taking your time
Disconnecting requires time. With our 2=3 logic, the 3rd night is offered for each short stay. Choose your package: a full Sunday to make the most of it (departure at 4:00 pm) or an additional night for a peaceful departure the next morning.

Packages: Service package (€16 per person, including sheets) and fixed tourist tax per stay (€4 per person).
Energy: Actual consumption according to meters. Guaranteed welcome in a house already at temperature.

- Conditions d’annulation : In order to ensure the quality of our welcome, the following fees are applied in case of cancellation:
1/ Up to 56 days before the stay: 30% of the total amount of the stay is due.
2/ From 55 to 30 days before the stay: 60% of the total amount of the stay is due.
3/ Less than 30 days before the stay (from 29 days onwards): 100% of the total amount of the stay is due. - Available : ArdenNest offers exceptional comfort: 9 carefully decorated rooms, each with its private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Enjoy a high-end kitchen, Wi-Fi, and generous spaces. For children: integrated trampoline, go-karts, and numerous toys. Bed linens are included (option for “beds made” upon request). High chairs available. Lastly, you will be welcomed into a house already heated for immediate comfort upon your arrival.
- Takeaway / To go : Plan your meals, drinks, soap, and shampoo. We provide enough kitchen towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher tablets. Bath towels should be brought (available as an optional paid extra upon request). For your comfort, wearing slippers is recommended for the upper floor. Finally, make sure to have good walking shoes for our trails. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
- Special conditions : ArdenNest favors calmness. Capacity: 26 people (max 18 adults). Parties not allowed. Arrival possible every day of the week. Offer 2=3: the 3rd night is free (choice between late check-out or extra night). Service package: €16/person. Energy/water according to actual consumption. Hygiene: one day break between stays. Please respect the serenity of the neighborhood and our “nest”.
- Arrival time : The check-in at ArdenNest is set from 4:00 pm, every day of the week. This arrival time is strictly maintained in order to allow us to guarantee our impeccable cleanliness standard (ensured by a mandatory day of vacancy before your stay). For your optimal comfort, you will enter a home already at the right temperature. This organization ensures you a serene and quality welcome from the first minute. Welcome to our “nest”!
- Departure time : The standard check-out time is set at 11:00 am. For stays of 2 nights, take advantage of our exclusive 2=3 offer. You have the choice: a late check-out at 4:00 pm to savor your last day, or an extra night offered with a check-out the next day at 11:00 am. This unique flexibility reflects “the art of taking your time” at ArdenNest, while guaranteeing our impeccable cleanliness standard for each guest. Please respect the chosen option.
- Information : In order to ensure impeccable hygiene for all our guests, pets are not allowed at ArdenNest. Furthermore, the entire house is strictly non-smoking. These measures allow us to offer a healthy and preserved environment, particularly appreciated by allergic individuals. We thank you for your understanding and for respecting these provisions for the comfort of everyone in our “nest”.

Deadlines:
Deposit: to be paid within 48 hours after receiving the contract to confirm the reservation.Balance and security deposit (750 €): no later than 30 days before your arrival.
Adhering to these deadlines is essential to ensure your stay. Any delay may result in the cancellation of the reservation according to our general terms and conditions.
