20m boat located in the city center of Thuin in the lower town, close to all shops on foot. Large free parking. Large comfortable living room dining room, flat screen TV, free internet, Netflix, 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a baby bed for babies up to 3 years old. In the hold, 2 large beds of 160/200cm, dressing room, playroom, on the ground floor, foosball. Bathroom with shower, toilet closed by a door, sink, large mirror, hairdryer, shower products. Kitchen open to the living room but bar style with large fridge, all necessary for cooking, 2-burner induction hob, hood. You have a large terrace with table and 6 chairs and then the seating area for 6 people with 2 sun loungers.

- Payment methods : On the account BE12 0016 2731 0392. You are asked to pay the full amount 5 days before your arrival, you do not pay anything now.
- Conditions d’annulation : You can cancel 5 days before your arrival. After the 5 days until your arrival if you cancel, you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
- Information : Children up to 3 years old can sleep for free in the parents’ room.
- Available : Coffee, filters, milk pods, sugar, tea, herbal tea, cocoa, Kellogg’s, spices, all the necessary for the kitchen, shower products, bed sheets, biodegradable toilet paper, cotton swabs, makeup remover pads, hairdryer… At your disposal, there are board games, books, coloring books, colored pencils, folder with good addresses, iron, ironing board, clothes rack. There is a laundromat 150m from the boat. Your beds are made for your arrival.

Hello, I am the owner of a boat, gîtes Le Sambre. My wife and I have put all our heart so that you can feel at home and fully enjoy your stay. We personally welcome you to explain our boat. The boat does not sail because it is too difficult to detach everything like gangways. You have everything you need in stores within walking distance around the boat. It is a quiet and peaceful place. We have thought of everything, even a playroom for children. You can enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture, a table with 6 chairs, an electric barbecue. I hope you will feel as good as we do.
