Description
New project in the middle of meadows and fields. It is a construction with most of the elements coming from the region and composed of ecological materials. Wooden structure, hemp lime block (isohemp), clay coatings, larch cladding with wood cut on site, oak stairs also cut and sawn on site. Photovoltaic panels powering a heat pump, wood stove.
The cottage consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 with shower and sink, 1 with sink, and 2 with access to the bathroom. There is also a shower on the ground floor, in the room where the infrared sauna is located. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, equipped kitchen. On the second floor there is a space with a foosball table, a net, a small lounge area with a second television.
The cottage is located on a long-distance hiking trail, close to Ciney, Dinant, Durbuy, Namur, Marche en Famenne,… The region offers many activities for all tastes.
