Holiday home for 15 people in Bertogne Le Verger de Roumont

This family cottage for 15 to 18 people is composed of two houses and a tennis court. It is located in the heart of the hamlet of Roumont. The cottage consists of two houses next to each other (the small and the large house).

The large house is where you will find all the living spaces. You will find: – a fully equipped kitchen renovated in 2021 – 2 large adjoining living rooms – 1 large dining room – 2 shower rooms and a bathroom and 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed – two bedrooms with two single beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed). The small house is a secondary living space where you will find: – 1 small kitchen – 1 living room – 1 bathroom and two bedrooms (1 bedroom with 4 single beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds).

Roumont is a peaceful and charming hamlet, surrounded by forest, river and meadow. The cottage is spacious, has many rooms and everything you need for your family gatherings, weekends with friends and children, sports getaways and a well-deserved retreat away from the city. Many activities are offered in the surrounding area (Abbeys, animal park, Bastogne, etc…).

The village of Roumont is located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, 20 km from Bastogne, 15 km from La Roche-en-Ardenne and 15 km from Saint-Hubert. Renovated in 2016, the tennis court on the property is at your disposal to introduce you to this fun sport, work on your backhand or organize small tournaments among yourselves. Access to the cottage is completely autonomous.

IMPORTANT: As the cottage is located in the heart of the hamlet and therefore surrounded by other houses, it is requested to respect the quiet after 9pm.
