Cottage on the farm with animals: 2 alpacas, pony, cows, calves, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbit, cats. Very large garden of 5000 m², very quiet location in the middle of nature, at the end of a dead end, away from traffic and yet only 2 km from Welkenraedt train station and the village where you will find many shops and restaurants. Beautiful walks from the cottage. Ravel at 1.5 km. Myriam and François Hagelstein and their children Christophe, Cynthia and Maryse love nature and rural life and invite you to discover this family atmosphere of the countryside.
The family farm of 120 Holstein dairy cows is run by our eldest son Christophe, who is more than passionate about this profession and the genetics of animals.
François and his wife Myriam as well as Christophe will be happy to explain farm life to you and invite you to share with them the moment of milking the cows, and with a little luck you may even witness the birth of a calf (calving).
And we are delighted to introduce you to our 2 new residents: ZORA and CAMELLE, our two alpacas! They are adorable, comical and sweet.
One of our other great passions is music. We are a family of musicians (tuba euphonium, clarinet, flute, piano, lyrical singing), mainly amateurs, and are part of a musical group..
