Here, the holiday home is small and simple but is really well equipped and comfortable with central heating and a wood-burning stove. Everything is designed for 6 people with the 2 bedrooms (double bed, 2 single beds) and the comfortable sofa-bed in the living room.
To make the most of this great setting, there is a private terrace that is full of space and sunlight at the end of the holiday home. The garden is very large and fenced, equipped with swings, 2 covered terraces with table tennis and a barbecue area. A garage, a laundry room, table football and a library are all available for both occupants of the 2 holiday homes.

Regniessart is a very peaceful small hamlet located in a clearing in the heart of the Nismes forest. Many walks on foot or by bike (road and mountain bike) from the cottages are possible. Beautiful villages nearby. The cottage is simple, yet well equipped and comfortable, with central heating and a wood stove. All equipment is provided for nine people spread over 5 bedrooms. To better enjoy this exceptional environment, a private, spacious and sunny terrace is attached to the cottage. The garden, fenced, is very large, equipped with swings, and two covered terraces with ping-pong and barbecue area. A garage, a laundry room, a foosball table with a library are also available to the occupants of the two cottages. For a slight additional cost, it is possible to have access to a beautiful room under the roof. This room is perfect for various workshops such as Tai Chi, Yoga, … but also for film screenings, seminars or sewing workshops for example. It is equipped with folding chairs and tables, sofas (on wheels for easy moving). For the rest, you have to bring your own equipment. Finally, the room is not usable after 10pm and is therefore not suitable for parties.
