The great modularity of the living space gives a very pleasant feeling, with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hobs, combi-oven, and more). The dining room is equipped with a sliding table, which makes it possible to use it as a dining room for 6 people, or as a lounge area for an appetiser or a cosy TV evening. The sitting and living room is part of this space and is ideal for relaxing or reading a book. In the evening, close the curtains and enjoy a super comfortable king size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Upstairs, there is a bedroom for 2 people and a bedroom with bunk beds for children.

The large terrace with a sliding window is partly covered, so you can enjoy it even in the low season.
The house is almost passive with straw insulation, a heat pump and heat recovery ventilation.
