Tourist accommodation located between Waterloo and Villers-La-Ville. Its central location allows easy access to different regions in Belgium. Located in the countryside while being close to the center of Genappe where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, direct sale of fruits, vegetables and local products…, the region offers a variety of activities which you can find described on our website. The entrance to the cottage is through the front courtyard where you can easily park.

On the ground floor: private hall – WC – Laundry room with washing machine and drying rack – garden furniture and garden access. The laundry room can accommodate bicycles. The first floor is accessible by a wide and comfortable staircase: fully equipped kitchen of 20 m² with dining area, living room of 26 m² with convertible sofa for 2 people, a bedroom of 16 m² (double bed), shower room: walk-in shower with 1 sink and 1 separate toilet. Charges are included (water, electricity, heating). Underfloor heating, natural slate tile, heat pump.

Surroundings, historical sites: Villers-la-Ville Abbey, Waterloo battlefield. The region offers various activities: Adventure park in Wavre, visits to farms and castles, golf courses, horseback riding, Ulm… Many walks and bike rides are possible starting from the cottage (Ravel nearby). A new nature reserve has been created on the site of the former settling ponds of the Genappe sugar refinery. Many shops and restaurants are 2 km away.
