This place is in a very cosy environment, at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes and surrounded by nature. Beautiful walking paths pass by here. 2 hectare garden without neighbours.
Ideally located away from the village and in a 2 hectare property, quiet with a magnificent view, surrounded by greenery and birdsong. At the start of several walks leading to the mediaeval castle of Reinhardstein, the Bayehon waterfall and the Hautes Fagnes natural park, and more.
The garden is huge and represents a small paradise for young children who can have fun with the games available such as a hut, climbing frame, slides, etc.

The Chalet du Tchession has been in the family for 50 years. The chalet was completely renovated 5 years ago. As for the property, it has grown to become this magnificent 2 ha garden.
This place is filled with childhood memories, from walks in the surrounding forests and in the Fagnes, cabins in the woods, dams on the rivers, observation of deer, and much more.
The ‘Tchession’ means ‘Entrenched Camp’ in Walloon. It refers to a place name near the chalet where in Celtic times, the villagers took refuge from neighboring attacks.
For the curious, you will find the rocky outcrop located at the confluence of the Pouhon and Roannai rivers. History buffs will have plenty of time to delve into the books that accumulated over the years, which are on a shelf in the bedroom that serves as an office and overlooks the property..
