Our apartment covers 45 m², has a large terrace, with easy access and less than one minute from the protected area of Natura 2000.

This romantic nest is perfect for 2 people but you can welcome an additional 2 guests with a sofa bed. This holiday home covers the 1st floor of an outhouse that is attached to the owner’s quarters. You have a large terrace with a parasol on the ground floor. There, you even have a barbecue area and car park space.

The layout of the holiday home includes:
Living and dining room with cable television and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests.
An equipped kitchen with a quadruple ceramic hotplate, an extraction fan, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster and other appliances.
A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, duvet, pillows and covers as well as cable television. You have a secure safe to leave your valuables in and a little bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

We also provide you with maps and brochures that you can look at for your stay. There is free Wi-Fi everywhere in the residence. Petanque playing area in the yard. Only 1 km from all main shops (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery…), near the towns of Spa, Stavelot and Malmedy and only 10 minutes from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. There are many paths to choose from by foot, by bicycle or by horseback.
