The Nid’Ardennes are 2 adjoining holiday homes located in the village of Poupehan. You are walking distance from the River Semois and the surrounding forest.
When day breaks, it is the mist above the watercourse that rises and reveals its mysteries. The Semois valley is a historical area that in the past acquired its titles of nobility thanks to its internationally exported tobacco.
The village of Poupehan is located between Rochehaut and Bouillon, about 10 minutes away by car. Here is the starting point for many kayak excursions in fine weather and will allow you to easily reach the Giant’s Tomb in Botassart. The main tourist points of interest are less than 15 km from the “Nid’Ardennes” residence. Between nature, gastronomy and culture, the lush Pays de Bouillon will delight everyone.

We are Françoise and Stephan. Parents of two children, we wanted to recreate the experience we had when we were children, when we had the chance to spend weekends in the countryside with our family. DIY enthusiasts at heart, we fell in love with two houses in Poupehan. One of them had been uninhabited for over 60 years.
A year and a half of hard work and a lot of love later, here are the “Nid’Ardennes” cottages refurbished. They are the ideal place to bring family and friends together, while ensuring everyone’s privacy. Our goal is to bring this place back to life with human warmth, to bring in your laughter, your emotions to build new stories together. Françoise and Stephan.
