1 accomodation
We met in 2006, we are a step-family with 5 children. To accommodate all these little people, we bought our house in Vodelée.
Since then, the children have left the nest and we have decided to share our house and become lodgers. This allows us to discover our beautiful region given the number of waymarked paths both on foot and by bike, and to introduce all the local produce and related businesses.
Why “Ca’benvenuto”?
At the beginning of the 1930s, Luigi GALANTE left Italy (Santa Margherita d’Adige, Veneto region) to come and work in Belgium. Subsequently, his wife joined him with Benvenuto, the father of Vincent, my husband.
Wanting to pay tribute to his father, we decided to give the name “Ca’ benvenuto” to our holiday home and to focus the decoration on Italy. This is why, in the living room, the lion found on the flag of the Veneto region was drawn..
