The accommodation is located between Barvaux and Hotton, but remains close to Durbuy, it is in a quiet area with little traffic and surrounded by greenery. Shops and tourist sites are close by while allowing travelers to spend their holidays in tranquility. The cottage consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The first floor has a total of 8 bedrooms, all equipped with a sink and 4 of them with a bathtub. The capacity of the rooms varies from 2 people to 4 people. The hallway on the first floor has two additional bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower). The ground floor consists of two parts, a playroom and a living room + dining room. An additional room is the fully equipped kitchen. In the playroom, there are 2 billiards (1 American and 1 French), 1 foosball table, a ping-pong table, and 3 sofas with a view of a TV equipped with Proximus. There is plenty to do in a good atmosphere. In the living room, there are 2 sofas with a view of the TV equipped with Proximus, a cozy place. There is also the dining room with a table for 18 people and a second table for 4 people. This second part is separated from the first, allowing for a quiet area on one side and a more festive area on the other! Being close to nature, the view overlooks a garden and the forest. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing and enjoy the peace outside. Outside, there is a barbecue and a stone table for a good grill. In the garden, there is a basketball court and on the property, there is a second building, the wellness area consisting of a 4-person jacuzzi and a 4-person sauna. The accommodation is suitable for families due to its friendly atmosphere, but also for any type of group thanks to its clean layout without unnecessary decorations.
