– 2 quadruple rooms (4 people – 1 bunk bed and 1 double bed)
– 2 triple rooms (3 people – 3 single beds)
– 4 double rooms (2 people – 2 single beds, 2 equipped with a real baby bed)
Shared bathrooms: 2 bathrooms in the hallway (one shower, one bathtub) and a total of 4 toilets (2 per floor).

– Festive & Games Side: 2 pool tables (American and cork), foosball, ping-pong, and a first TV corner.
– Relaxation & Dining Side: Large cozy living room with a second TV corner. The dining room accommodates 22 guests thanks to a main table of 18 seats and a modular table of 4 seats.
– Equipped kitchen: Large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas + electric hobs, abundant crockery. Coffee corner with 2 percolators and 1 Senseo machine.
