Built on the foundations of a 17th-century tower, the Gardener’s House overlooks the vegetable garden and greenhouses of the estate, while offering a panoramic view of the orchard and the animal park. Just a few steps away from the majestic Haltinne castle, this elegant character house enjoys absolute tranquility in the heart of a bucolic environment. Protected by its thick stone walls, it invites you to slow down and be lulled by the rhythm of nature. Recently renovated with care, the Gardener’s House has preserved its old charm while offering spacious and contemporary comfort. Its privileged location is a true promise of disconnection and serenity. Haltinne castle, its pond, its greenhouses, the park and deer park, the forest, the Struviaux river, and the orchard are just a few steps away from the cottage. Many walks are possible within the estate and in the immediate surroundings. Upon request to the concierge, it is also possible to visit the castle or enjoy a boat ride on the moat (boat available at the dock). The region is also full of delicious local products, such as the Samson cheese dairy or the Ariqua Denis chocolate factory. Heritage enthusiasts will not be disappointed: the Goyet caves are just five minutes away, and several Most Beautiful Villages of Wallonia – Thon-Samson, Mozet, or Crupet – can be discovered nearby.

The Domain of Haltinne speaks to my interests and resonates with all my senses. My eyes rest on its old stones, on its completely green horizon, on the reflections of its ponds, on its lush fauna and flora, on its paths already trodden in the 17th century. In a time when everything is fast and everything is brief, at the Domain of Haltinne we take the time for the journey. Here, one does not see quickly. One sees and lives at the same time.
And I am fortunate to have a profession that aims to provide these experiences to our visitors.
The Domain of Haltinne is first and foremost its majestic castle, which is an exceptional heritage. A boat is available to our tenants to be able to tour the castle.
It is also its greenhouses, its park, its orchard, its forest, its small hamlet, its meadows, its ponds, and its fields.
It is still the harmoniously preserved whole site. Not a single aberrant construction disturbs the homogeneity of this typically Condrozian ensemble..
