3-Ear cottage in Wallonia with large capacity, all comfort, located in the center of the village of Houyet (Dinant). It includes a large living room, 2 large lounges with television, a large games room with 2 billiards, a ping-pong table, a 20-acre wooded garden at the back of the cottage (isolated, quiet and completely fenced). The garden is embellished with a terrace furnished with benches and secured by a balustrade. A barbecue is attached to the annex of the cottage. Outdoor games: petanque court and 10 mountain bikes available. Adjacent to the garden (Private access): Ravel, children’s games (swing, slide, tennis court…), access to the starting point for descending the Lesse (kayaking).
