Fully renovated old farmhouse in a rural village, richly equipped, offering exceptional views of the valleys of the Houille and Meuse rivers at the back. The cottage is equipped with central heating and a wood stove. We are happy to welcome you to this rural stone cottage, which can accommodate 6 adults + 2 children, currently classified as 2 “ears of corn” (French quality rating), very comfortable and well-equipped. Essential shops and services are either on site, in the village, or in nearby small towns. The back of the cottage opens onto a terrace and a large, fully fenced lawn and surrounding meadows. Our cottage can be the starting point for a multitude of tourist excursions, cultural visits, hikes, or mountain bike rides. Small pets, up to 2, are welcome as long as they are clean, obedient, and non-aggressive; they cannot be left alone in the cottage and are not allowed upstairs. Wifi is available. A large room located to the south benefits from exceptional brightness and is the favorite place for all our tenants. Basic layout of the cottage: On the ground floor; an entrance hall with a cloakroom, separate toilet, a living room/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a covered and enclosed veranda. Upstairs: a night hall with a play area, 3 large bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom. Outside: at the front, a large private gravel parking area along the road that can accommodate 3 cars. At the back: a tiled terrace, a large lawn for playing, a swing and climbing rope, a brick barbecue, a table with benches, garden beds, and a parasol during the good weather.
