Nature lover, hiker, history enthusiast… Our lovely chalet, its exceptional location and environment, offering freedom and authenticity, will delight you! We are in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, in a typical village called Cielle, which offers one of the most beautiful panoramas in the region. Just 2 km from the Ourthe valley and 3.5 km from the town of La Roche-en-Ardenne, where Celtic, medieval, and wartime remnants coexist. This location provides proximity to restaurants, shops, and activities (kayaking, markets, museums, carnival, ice skating, sports and cultural events, etc.) but offers the luxury of staying away from this popular center. Our street is a dead end where hikes start, with distances and elevation that you can adjust as you wish, on foot, by mountain bike, cross-country skiing, and discover remarkable viewpoints. You will enjoy the large wooded plot of 20 ares where biodiversity is fully expressed, with an exceptional view… The Chalet, set on a solid stone foundation, bright with its skylights and bay window, is enhanced by the warmth of the wood stove, an essential winter instrument when living in the Ardennes forest (oil central heating complements this comfort). The first basket of wood is offered. Cozy and very cozy nest, ideal for a family unit, for 2 couples, or for invigorating telecommuting. With its stairs, it is not accessible independently to people with reduced mobility. To respect the authenticity and tranquility of the village, the accommodation is not suitable for parties, which does not prevent enjoying good beers or other local drinks, quietly in front of a fire outside on a gentle summer night. The building is not suitable for hosting our four-legged friends.
