With its large plot of land and spacious terrace, the cottage is ideal for gathering with family or friends in the heart of the Ardennes. The house has 6 spacious bedrooms with comfortable bedding, including one bedroom on the ground floor with its own bathroom, perfect for added comfort and accessibility. Many walks and beautiful nature walks start directly around the cottage. The cottage also benefits from immediate proximity to the bakery, the Tourist Office, the Héritage Brewery, and the Spar supermarket.
My name is Benoît, I am married and a father of 3 children. Passionate about construction and decoration, in 2012 we bought a house to renovate and turn into a holiday home: Le Petit Chênu. What was initially seen as an investment project quickly became a passion. In 2016, we fell in love with an old Ardennes farmhouse and its magnificent frame. After renovation, La Grange de Victor opened its doors in 2018. To leave my job in Luxembourg after more than 23 years, a third project came to life: an abandoned mill in Neufchâteau became Le Moulin de la Piérie, inaugurated in 2022. Today, I am fortunate to have an exciting job: welcoming families and groups who come to relax and recharge in the Ardennes..
