Welcome to this garden among others.
We bought this old farmhouse in 1982.
We fell in love with this isolated rural hut, quietly tucked between fields and meadows. Since then, that has changed a lot. Year after year, new constructions have sprung up like mushrooms, giving our neighborhood the feel of a residential area.
The restoration of our farmhouse was one of our life projects. We have devoted all of our free time to it for many years, trying to maintain its old charm.
Our second project was to offer our farming parents a happy end of life, at home, in a green setting, surrounded by animals. As soon as they retired, they came to live next to us, in this wing of the building that is today rehabilitated as a holiday home.
Our mom Elvina passed away on January 26, 2016 at the age of 95. She was an amazing mom who loved to laugh and party. She loved nature, plants and animals. This house has always been filled with life and joy and in its memory we wish to perpetuate this feeling. That is why we decided to repurpose this place as a holiday home for a place of rest, life and celebration.
Having made the choice to look after our parents, we never took a vacation. Year after year, we have therefore created our holiday destination at home in our garden, an evergreen paradise, where life is good all year round. We would love to share our passion for gardening through a simple guided walk.
