Located in the Condroz Namurois in the heart of the Valley of Flavors, Le Clos des Richots, an old farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, consists of: – The owners’ residence – 2 cottages “Les Chouettes” and “Les Tourterelles” – Stables for your horses, barn and outbuildings – A courtyard, terraces and gardens surrounded by buildings – A garden, orchard, vegetable garden, chicken coop, horse pastures, stream “la Blanchierie”, pond and its beach. All complemented by a sauna and Finnish cedar wood-fired bath. (NB: The sauna is accessible all year round but the Finnish bath is only accessible in the summer) The cottage “Les Chouettes” has been completely renovated and furnished in respect of the existing building and following the rules of the art. It includes on the ground floor, a living room with pellet stove, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), electric kettle, toaster, juicer, mixer/robot and all necessary equipment…) On the 1st floor: a landing and a large bedroom with sitting area and office. Double bed of 180 or 2 x 90. Private shower room with toilet. On the 2nd floor: an office area and a large bedroom with sitting area. Double bed of 160 or 2 x 80. Private shower room with toilet.
