Description
La Maison du Scieur and the neigbouring old sawmill are completely secluded but are surrounded by superb walking and hunting areas.
The two houses on the site are not connected to the main electricity grid. They generate their own power by means of a water wheel with calibration trays (heating circulation pumps, water pump, refrigerator, lighting). The other energy needs are met by gas (cooker), wood (open fire and wood-burning stove) and heating oil (central heating, ten radiators and hot water for the bathrooms).
