This old stone farmhouse, carefully renovated, combines the charm of the old with modern comfort. It accommodates up to 9 people in a warm and soothing setting, ideal for family or friends stays, all generations combined. 🛏️ 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, high-quality bedding… everything is designed for a well-deserved rest. 🎯 A games area upstairs with billiards, darts, board games and a second TV lounge. 🌳 A terrace with a view, garden furniture, barbecue and a petanque court for convivial moments in the open air. Here, you breathe, you slow down… A walk, a bike ride (the cottage is labeled Welcome Bike), a nap in a deck chair, a good book by the fire. - Available : The sheets are provided and the beds are made for your arrival. Upon departure, you can strip the beds.
Provided: dish towels – bath mat – trash bags.
Available: board games, outdoor games (including petanque balls), books and tourist brochures, telescope for observation.
- Takeaway / To go : The bath towels are not provided, nor are the shower soaps. Toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, and dish soap are provided for your arrival but not for the duration of your stay.
- Special conditions : A deposit of 350€ must be paid one week before your stay and will be refunded the week following your departure. All details are provided at the time of booking.
- Arrival time : 17:00 – an early arrival can be considered with the owners
- Departure time : 10:00 – a delayed departure is possible with the agreement of the owners.
- Payment methods : The rental is paid directly via bank transaction through our website.

They love this Chimay region, Sandrine by her origins, and Hugues by discovering the region many years ago. They embarked on the crazy project of renovating an old stone building. After several quests, they were lucky to find what they were looking for, which was a local stone farmhouse of over 200 years old. It is located in an idyllic location surrounded by nature, on the heights of the village of Seloignes and at the foot of the forest. They carried out the majority of the work themselves, imagining it throughout this “journey” as a place to warmly get together. They wanted to keep the charm of the old by bringing comfort, modernity, and giving each room its character while creating warm spaces to make life that little bit better. They designed the holiday home by bringing their expectations as a vacation spot to the scene. They hope that you will find what you are looking for here..
