This old farm dates back to 1839 and has a garden, as well as private and fenced parking.
In the village, there are marked walks, a swimming pool, and a forest.

We will welcome you with a warm fireplace and a small welcome gift.

Our holiday home is located in the village of Carlsbourg.
We hope that you have an excellent vacation. Our beautiful region is well known for its woodlands, sceneries, rivers including the Semois and Lesse, as well as its cuisine.

To avoid any surprises, the charges (electricity, heating, water, garbage cans) are included, wood is offered and Wi-Fi is free (according to normal use).
2 bedrooms with sink: 1 double bed (160 X 200 cm) and 2 single beds (baby bed). Bathroom bath/shower, washing machine…
Living room: large pleasant fire (wood offered), flat screen TV, DVD/Blu Ray, free Wi-Fi. Board games and books.
Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave…).
Fenced and private garden and parking (garden furniture and barbecue).

In the village: indoor swimming pool only being a 5 minute walk from the residence, the playground is 2 minutes away and a forest is a 10 minute walk away. There are waymarked paths, mountain bike trails pass nearby (maps available), and there is also a grocery store, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, and more.

Sports activities: kayaks, swimming (Semois and Lesse), hiking and mountain biking (signposted), horse riding, swimming (swimming pool in Carlsbourg)…
