This large holiday home is part of an old farm that was built in old stone in a peaceful rural village in the Belgian Ardennes. This comfortable residence is located near Libramont-Chevigny, known for its Agricultural Fair.

Located in the peaceful village of Presseux, in the town of Libramont-Chevigny, the “Maison Paquay” is an old farmhouse renovated in accordance with Ardennes architectural tradition. It is part of a property with two lodgings.

Equipped with all the modern equipment you would need but also in a rural setting, the “Maison Paquay” is the ideal place to meet up with friends, with a practical and friendly kitchen, a comfortable living room, a games room and a TV corner for younger guests.

The 7 bedrooms are equipped with premium quality double beds that have many adjacent bathrooms with bathtubs and walk-in showers.

The relaxation room upstairs does exactly what it promises.

Outside, you can enjoy a large covered terrace, with a lounge and gas barbecue, to savor the calm of a large green garden or have fun on the pétanque court.

The cottage was awarded with the “Bienvenue vélos” label by the regional tourist board for its cycling facilities. The private car park is right at the entrance to the lodgings.

It is possible to rent the adjoining cottage for 2 people, bringing the capacity up to 16 people.

In the center of this green Province, you are located at an ideal starting point for exploring the Belgian Ardennes and its beautiful region. The RAVeL is less than 300 m away that you can take to walk northwards to Bastogne or southwards to Bouillon.
The place is quiet but less than 5 minutes by car from a shopping center where you can find all the shops and outlets you would need.

The E411 motorway is only a few minutes away with access to the E25.
