Originally from Tournaisis, we fell in love with the Viroinval region more than 20 years ago. We wanted to share what we felt with our visitors when we first saw how nature is so wonderfully preserved here. So we opened of the Petit Bucq. Each of the 7 villages of Viroinval area has its own treasures: The “Fondrys des Chiens” in Nismes, Dourbes Castle, the ever palpable presence of Toine Culot in Treignes, a village of museums for young and old, the calm Mazée woodlands nearby, and Olloy between the Ardenne and Calestienne. Vierves is also recognized among the most beautiful villages in Wallonia. Oignies is in the heart of the forest and the peaceful village of Le Mesnil.
