Pay on arrival
Charges according to consumption by comparing readings at the arrival time and departure time:

Electricity €1.00 per kW
Fuel oil €7.50 per hour in operation
Payment types
Payment of a deposit of 50% of the rent when booking.
Balance to be paid into the account which will be informed to you 6 days before your arrival.
You must then pay by bank transfer 6 days before your arrival date or alternatively pay in cash at the arrival time (with you receiving a receipt).

Renée BOURLET

I have always been passionate about transforming buildings to make them more functional but I always had a soft spot for interior design. This country stone barn in a small hamlet was love at first sight.
My desire was to create lodgings, including 2 accessible for people with mobility challenges, so that they can come and recharge their batteries for a few days in our beautiful Ardennes. I was able to realize a dream by being able to welcome guests with physical or mental disabilities also.
Bringing joy is one of the priorities of my life because, personally,. I love life and its little daily pleasures.
