View
The holiday home is full of space just like the ground floor bedroom and the bathroom which is also adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Virtual visit possible.
The living room is really large and the professional kitchen made of mainly stainless steel is just what you would see in the restaurants.
The bedrooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom (toilet - single or double sink - shower or bath with shower nozzle).
TV/DVD in each bedroom - Giant screen in the living room - Internet - Board games - bar - Infrared Sauna - Indoor bicycle - darts board - Shiatsu
A large flowered terrace, teak furniture and a BBQ are waiting for you to enjoy with your family or friends.
You are guaranteed to be welcomed with warm and welcoming smiles.
The area is peaceful and rural: Only a few houses and an old slaughter house and farm which have been out of operation for many years now. There is also a nice castle and farm as well as the nice St Pierre de Xhignesse Church, considered as protected landmarks in the Wallonia region. You have nothing but green settings, fields and forest to make your long walks perfect. Hamoir Train Station is only 15 minutes walk away.
For your comfort, you have underground heating and thermostat radiators in the bedrooms and the bathroom. In the winter, the living room is heated to 22°C before your arrival. A wood pellet stove adds to the cosy atmosphere.
To make your stay even better, and free of charge, we include nothing but the best bedding and sheets for your hours of slumber and premium towels for your comfort. You also have a hair dryer in every bathroom as well as an iron, iron board, washing machine and dryer in the utility room.
For the young ones: 1 changing mat, 1 small potty, 2 high chairs and a baby cot are all available for you to use. We love to welcome young guests to this marvelous place that is near so many points of interest: Durbuy, Remouchamps Caves, le Monde Sauvage animal park, Ninglinspo, les fonds de Quarreux natural site, as well as the famous Spa-Francorchamps racing circuit among others.

The owners
Renée BOURLET & David MARINO
I have always been passionate about transforming buildings to make them more functional but I always had a soft spot for interior design. This country stone barn in a small hamlet was love at first sight.
My desire was to create lodgings, including 2 accessible for people with mobility challenges, so that they can come and recharge their batteries for a few days in our beautiful Ardennes. I was able to realize a dream by being able to welcome guests with physical or mental disabilities also.
Bringing joy is one of the priorities of my life because, personally,. I love life and its little daily pleasures.
